Two Australians Killed
TWO AUSTRALIANS KILLED.
The Minister; for the Navy (Mr. Jensen) has received, a cable, message reporting with regret; that two sub- lieutenants of the royal Australian navy; George M. Patterson and Joseph Mack were lost in the H.M.S. De- fence in the, great naval action.
These young officers were entered from the royal naval reserve for train- ing in the British navy, and for sub-, sequent- service: in the royal Australian navy. Sublieutenant's Mack's home is at Berry Bank, Victoria
