ARBROATH SEAMAN LOST WITH THE DEFENCE. Able Seaman David M'Pherson (28), 57 Kinnaird Street, Arbroath, is reported by the Admiralty to have gone down with H.M.S. Defence in the recent naval battle in the North Sea.
