TWO BROTHERS
WENT DOWN IN BATTLE; A THIRD DISABLED
Robert and George Burton, both first-class stokers on H.M.S. Indefatigable, the sons of Mr. and Mrs. J. Burton of 1, Noel-street, Lodge-lane, Liverpool, were lost in the naval battle. They had both served in the Navy for six years, and on the Indefatigable from the time the vessel was commissioned. The former was twenty-seven years of age and the latter twenty-five. Another brother, who has been serving in France, has been disabled for life. Three sons-in-law and a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Burton are also serving in the forces.
