It seems at least possible that this Lion crew photo of William Jackman (on the left) with the boxer Kid Burke is of AB Daniel Burke
His service record does not refer to boxing, but he had several spells in the cells during his two times on Lion - 1912/13 at the end of his original period of engagement, and again December 1915 - September 1917 - maybe he was prone to fighting?
